The most important step in the production of cosmetics packaging box design is to print first. The printing factory adopts offset printing (commonly known as color printing). Color printing uses four primary colors, magenta, yellow, cyan and black to print the desired color effect through color mixing. Special gold, special silver and special red belong to special color printing. The more special colors in the design documents provided by customers, the higher the printing cost will be. When printing cosmetics color boxes, printing gold and silver is also a printing effect to improve the quality.

It also needs to be prepared before printing. There are probably the following processes.

1. First select or design the box structure of the packaging carton, and the customers with samples shall make according to the customer's samples.

2. Before design, you can design the draft copy according to the designed knife plate line.

3. After the document is designed and confirmed, the plate needs to be made first. Four-color printing is four screen plates, and one spot color is one spot color plate. The number of spot colors is more than the number of plates.
