1. Design

Many packaging box designs are already owned by enterprises or customers or have been designed by design companies and customers. 2. Proofing

For the first customized printing packaging box, it is generally necessary to print a digital sample, and even more strictly, it is necessary to print a real sample on the printing machine, because when printing a digital sample again, it may be different from the color of the digital sample when printing in large quantities, and the printing machine real sample can ensure that the color of the mass production is consistent.

3. Publishing

After the proofing is confirmed, the normal production can be carried out in batches. For the production of packaging and printing plants, this is actually the first step. The current color process of color boxes is very beautiful, so the published version colors are also varied. Many color boxes have not only four basic colors, but also spot colors, such as special red, special blue, black, etc. These are spot colors, which are different from the normal four colors. 4. Paper material

5. Printing

The printing process of color box packaging box is very high, and the most taboo is color difference, ink dot, inaccurate overprint of needle position, scratching and other problems, which will also bring trouble to post-printing processing.

6. Printing surface treatment

For surface treatment, the common color box packaging cases are over-gloss glue, over-gloss glue, UV, over-gloss oil, over-gloss oil and bronzing.

7. Die-cutting molding

Die-cutting molding, also known as "beer" in the packaging and printing industry, is an important and final link in the post-press processing process. If it is not done well, the previous efforts will be wasted. For die-cutting molding, pay attention to the indentation and do not burst the line.

8. Bonding

Many color box boxes need to be glued with glue, and some special structure boxes do not need to be glued, such as aircraft boxes and sky covers. After bonding, it can be packaged and shipped through quality inspection.
